Internationally recognised award-winning chef, King of British Curry, Curry King Oli Khan and Secretary General of Bangladesh Caterers Association (BCA). Started his first career in business at the age of 17. Oli’s ambition has brought him far, the magic of Oli”s cooking lies in spicing things up in distinct and ingenious ways: “I love to cook ‘fusion food’. “I am passionate about cooking British curry and love giving any food a fusion twist.” Cooking curry is an art!!

Oli has expressed his concern about the British curry industry staff shortage and the reduction in Non-EU migration can have implications upon the lack of skilled chefs available in the British curry industry.
